Our strong, high quality standard residential wood fence consists of: ~Galvanized and powder coated steel posts set in 30-36 inch deep concrete footings. ~Three pressure-treated 2x4 rails-6" from the top, 6" from the bottom, and on center. ~Kiln-dried Cedar pickets. ​ ~Coated deck screws for all fasteners. We conceal the steel posts so all you see is wood. Gates are mounted on Postmaster galvanized and powder coated gate posts set in concrete footings at least 3 feet deep. Standard gates have a diagonally reinforced square frame with exterior grade lag screws at all connection points. Gates are recessed and we install stop trim to prevent latch damage from slamming shut. Black decorative lockable thumb latch standard. No more messing with flimsy unreliable latches. No dragging on the ground or sticking. No wiggling back and forth when you close it. The gate will be the highlight of your fence. A solid, secure, reliable access point as it should be. ​ We can install all the pickets on one side, both sides, or we can install a "good neighbor" fence. ​ We strongly recommend having us seal or paint your wood fence to protect it from the elements and insects.
